13 Key Body Metrics That Matter
The scale number can stay the same while your body completely transforms. These 13 metrics show you what's really changing.
Why does this matter more than weight alone?
The number on the scale doesn't always move, even when you're doing everything right. The Eros Smart Scale shows you 13 metrics that reveal what's actually changing, so you always know what's working and what to focus on next.
Professional body-reading technology,
now at home
The same body-reading technology used in gyms and wellness centers, refined into a 30-second daily habit. Accurate enough to show you what's genuinely changing, week to week.
±3%
DEXA Accuracy
DEXA is a clinical body composition scan commonly used as a reference standard. The Eros Smart Scale uses BIA together with your impedance, age, gender, activity level, height, and weight to estimate body composition. For most users, results are generally within ±3% of DEXA scan results.

Four members of my family are now tracking their own fitness goals. It seems to be very accurate. It has a setting for athlete so if you workout regularly, it takes that into account.
