Our Food Scales assist you in reaching your health goals faster since they allow you to accurately weigh food for you to make healthy recipes, track macros and even bake your favorite food. They are simple to use and always ready so that you do not have to worry in the kitchen.
What do I need for this scale to work?
The scale comes ready to use right out of the box (batteries are included). You simply install the batteries and you are ready to start weighing.
How accurate is the weight reading?
All of our scales come with upgraded High-Accuracy load sensors that weigh up to 13 pounds (6 kg) and are accurate to the 1 gram.
What is the minimum & maximum weight capacity?
The upgraded High-Accuracy load sensors weigh anything from 3 grams up to 6,000 grams in 1 gram increments.
What units of measurement does the scale give?
You can have the weight displayed in any of five unit of measurements: Grams, Ounces, Pounds: Ounces, Pounds or Milliliters
Can I use a bowl or plate to weigh ingredients?
Yes, the kitchen scale is equipped with a state of the art tare function which will accurately net the weight (zero) of any bowl or plate so that you can get an accurate weight of the ingredients you are using.
How long does it stay on before automatically shutting off?
The kitchen scale will stay on for 90 seconds when not in use, and then automatically turn off to save batteries.
Is the scale water resistant?
Yes, the kitchen scale is water resistant since it has been designed with an umbrella layout for water to simply stay out of the electronics. *Please note that the scale is not water proof and should not be submerged in water or put in the dishwasher.
