The Eros Smart Scale uses bio-electrical impedance analysis (BIA) technology to estimate body composition values.
Inputs such as impedance, age, gender, level of physical activity, height and weight are used by our analyzer to calculate body composition values.
In general, the metrics are within +/- 3% of DEXA scans result standard for most users.
