Getting Started
Note: Your Roller has been made with a dual pressure design to obtain the optimal massage pressure on the muscles being treated. Always use your arms, legs, and balance to control the intensity of the massage.
Remember: Foam Rolling should not be rushed. Take your time with each exercise to ensure that the muscle being treated get the proper myofascial release.
