FAQ
How do I change the unit of measurement?
To switch between units, simply press the "unit" button to the left of the display to cycle between the different units of measurement.
Why does my scale show a "Low Battery Icon"?
If you get a "Low Battery Icon" showing on the display, this means one of two things;
-The batteries are low, so you will need a replacement.
-One or more of the batteries may have been installed incorrectly causing the scale to show the low battery icon.
Why does my scale show an error message on the display?
If your scale is showing some sort of an error message on the display, please contact support for further assistance.
Why can't the scale show 1.00 oz?
The INEVIFIT Kitchen Scale is sensitive to 1-gram increments. All weights are measured in grams and then displayed as the converted equivalent in pounds, ounces, or ml. In the case of ounces, 1-gram = 0.0353 oz. Therefore the scale will either display;
28 grams = 0.988 oz
OR
29 grams = 1.023 oz
*Either way it will be within one gram of at any measurement.
Why does the weight keep moving without settling on a stable reading?
If your scale is not settling on a weight, make sure it is on a hard & level surface and make sure the item being weighed is centered on the platform. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact support for further assistance.
Why does the scale show a negative weight?
If your scale is showing a negative weight with nothing on it, it has likely been improperly zeroed. Please place the scale on a hard & level surface and press the "tare" button to zero the scale. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact support for further assistance.
