Our meal prep containers work great in the dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and freezer.

Here are some helpful tips when using them in the freezer:
-Make sure the food is cool or cold before placing in the container, then freeze.
-For best results, take the container out of the freezer and put it in the refrigerator the day before use or consumption.
-Let the container warm up a bit before opening the lids after taking it out immediately from the freezer.

Please note that in order to extend the life of your meal prep containers they should only be washed on the top rack of the dishwasher without the use of a heated dry cycle since this is essentially a heating element in the dishwasher that could damage the containers.
