Partners Terms and Conditions

INTRODUCTION

Welcome to INEVIFIT Partners.

By joining or continuing to participate in INEVIFIT Partners, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. These Terms explain how the program works, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from our Partners.

SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY

To participate in INEVIFIT Partners, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Reside in the United States.
  • Be approved by INEVIFIT as a Partner through our application or invitation process.

Participation in the program is subject to approval by INEVIFIT and may be reviewed at any time.

SECTION 2 - HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

INEVIFIT Partners is an invitation and application-based creator partnership program. Partners receive access to exclusive benefits, affiliate commissions, and opportunities to work with INEVIFIT across future campaigns and product launches.

Participation in the program does not create an employment, agency, joint venture, or exclusive relationship with INEVIFIT.

SECTION 3 - COMMISSION AND PAYOUTS

Partners receive a standard 25% commission across eligible affiliate platforms.

For TikTok Shop and Amazon, commission tracking, attribution, and payouts are handled directly by the respective platform and are subject to each platform's policies.

For Shopify orders, commissions are tracked through Affiliately using your unique affiliate link and personal discount code.

Shopify commissions are paid bi-weekly once your balance reaches the minimum payout threshold of $50 USD. Earnings below the threshold automatically roll over to the next payout cycle until the minimum amount is reached.

Customer returns, refunds, cancelled orders, fraudulent activity, or policy violations may result in commission adjustments or deductions from future payouts.

SECTION 4 - AFFILIATE LINKS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Partners will receive a unique affiliate link and personal discount code for Shopify.

Your personal discount code is intended for your own purchases only and may not be promoted publicly, shared with customers, or used for resale purposes. Orders are verified and misuse may result in removal from INEVIFIT Partners.

If your affiliate link or discount code expires, please notify the INEVIFIT team by email so we can issue an updated code.

Sales attribution for TikTok Shop and Amazon follows each platform's own attribution system.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCT SAMPLES

Participating Partners may request complimentary products for approved campaigns and collaborations.

Requests are reviewed individually and are subject to product availability, campaign requirements, and approval by INEVIFIT.

Pro Partners receive priority access to samples for new product launches.

SECTION 6 - CONTENT GUIDELINES

Partners are expected to create authentic content that accurately represents their experience with INEVIFIT products.

Content should promote the product in a positive, honest, and ethical manner while complying with all applicable laws, FTC disclosure requirements, and platform policies.

When posting content featuring INEVIFIT, Partners should tag our official account whenever the platform supports tagging, such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other applicable social media platforms.

SECTION 7 - CONTENT USAGE

You retain ownership of all content you create.

By participating in INEVIFIT Partners, you grant INEVIFIT permission to repost and use content featuring our products across our website, social media channels, email marketing, and product listings.

Where practical, we will credit the original creator whenever content is shared.

SECTION 8 - PRO PARTNER

Partners who reach the current program requirements may be promoted to Pro Partner.

Promotion is determined based on the published program requirements and may also consider overall contribution to the brand.

Benefits associated with Pro Partner may evolve as the program grows.

SECTION 9 - PROGRAM UPDATES

As INEVIFIT Partners continues to grow, we may update the program, its benefits, or these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated through email and/or updates published on the INEVIFIT Partners website.

Your continued participation in the program after those updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY

Information collected as part of INEVIFIT Partners is used solely for administering the program, communicating with Partners, and processing commissions and rewards.

By participating, you consent to receiving program-related emails and communications from INEVIFIT.

SECTION 11 - ENDING PARTICIPATION

Participation in INEVIFIT Partners is voluntary.

You may leave the program at any time by notifying the INEVIFIT team.

INEVIFIT reserves the right to suspend or remove any Partner from the program at any time, including but not limited to cases involving:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Fraudulent activity.
  • Misuse of affiliate benefits.
  • Public misrepresentation of the brand.
  • Conduct that may negatively impact INEVIFIT or its community.
SECTION 12 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
